Terms of Service

These terms govern access to and use of WeberKI AI Studio, operated by Wolfy Tech LLC. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. Scope

WeberKI AI Studio provides web-based tools for generating, editing, restoring, upscaling, and managing image and video assets with AI models. These terms apply to all accounts, workspaces, subscriptions, credit purchases, API usage, and team features.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity in your account. You must provide accurate account and billing information and keep it up to date.

3. Subscriptions, credits, and billing

Paid plans and credit packs are billed through Stripe. Credits are consumed when you run AI operations. Credit costs can vary by model, operation, resolution, and queue priority. Unless a plan states otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

You can cancel a subscription for the end of the current billing period. Access and included credits remain available until that period ends unless the account is suspended for abuse, fraud, or payment failure.

4. Content and usage rights

You retain rights to content you upload and to outputs generated for you, subject to the rights of any third parties and the terms of the underlying AI providers. You grant WeberKI AI Studio the rights needed to process your input, generate outputs, store files, display results, provide support, and operate the service.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to:

• violate laws, third-party rights, privacy rights, or platform rules;
• create deceptive, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful content;
• process content that you are not authorized to upload or transform;
• reverse engineer, overload, scrape, resell, or bypass technical limits;
• share API keys, credentials, or access tokens with unauthorized parties.

6. Teams and API usage

Team owners and admins are responsible for invited members, workspace permissions, API keys, and connected systems. API consumers must implement reasonable security, rate-limit handling, and webhook validation.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. AI providers, models, pricing, queues, limits, and features may change over time. We may suspend or discontinue features where necessary for security, legal, provider, or operational reasons.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeberKI AI Studio is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost data, model provider downtime, or outputs that do not meet your expectations. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for payment failure, misuse, legal risk, security incidents, or material breach of these terms.

These English terms are the primary product copy. Localized terms may be provided as an optional convenience and should be reviewed before production use.
