2. Data we collect

When you use the service, we may process the following categories of data:

• Account data such as email address, optional name, hashed password, and login state.
• Billing and subscription data handled through Stripe.
• Uploaded, generated, and edited image or video files.
• Prompts, selected models, parameters, job status, and credit usage.
• Technical logs such as IP address, timestamp, user agent, and requested URLs.

3. Purposes and legal basis

We process data to provide accounts, AI generation, file storage, billing, customer support, abuse prevention, security monitoring, product diagnostics, and legal compliance. Where GDPR applies, the legal bases include contract performance, legitimate interests, consent where required, and compliance with legal obligations.

4. Processors and providers

We use carefully selected infrastructure and service providers, including:

• Hetzner and Cloudflare for hosting, storage, and delivery.
• Stripe for payment processing, invoicing, and subscription management.
• fal.ai, Replicate, and similar AI providers for model inference.
• Sentry for error monitoring and diagnostics.
• Lettermint or comparable email providers for transactional email.

5. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area or your country of residence. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as data processing agreements, standard contractual clauses, and provider security controls.

6. Retention

We keep account data for as long as your account exists and for a limited period after deletion where required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance. Generated assets are retained according to the active product policy and may be deleted by the user where the product surface allows it. Billing records may be retained for statutory accounting periods.

7. Cookies and local storage

We use technically necessary cookies and browser storage for authentication, session security, preferences, and application state. We do not use non-essential tracking cookies unless a future consent flow explicitly enables them.

8. AI processing

Uploaded files and prompts may be sent to AI model providers for inference. These providers are expected to process the data only to provide the requested result under their service terms and our processing arrangements. Do not upload content you are not allowed to process.

9. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, export, or object to the processing of your personal data. You may also have the right to withdraw consent and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

10. Changes

We may update this policy when the product, providers, or legal requirements change. The current version will always be published on this page.
